When you compare a traditional wedding checklist, with the reception, flower girls, ushers, maids of honor, the checklist is long and the details many! With an elopement checklist, much of this stripped away. On the minimum side you only need a few things to legally marry in Costa Rica, as for the details, these are far less in number due to the nature of the ceremony. Here we have a quick list of considerations you should be thinking about while we plan your trip!
The Essentials
At the very bare minimum, you only need:
- Valid Passport with at least 6 months before renewal
- Wedding Rings
Ceremony Considerations
- Location - beach wedding? Mountain top?
- Ceremony Type
- Officiant
- Wedding Vows
- Wedding Attire
- Flowers
Other Considerations
Each trip is designed to your travel style and budget. There are a lot of things we can do to make a trip special. Some other considerations might be:
